Žutina is an old traditional way of making wine in Dalmatia. Pure Debit grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 30 days with minimal intervention in the cellar. A true homage to our elders. Such wines reminds us nothing is everlasting. Changes are inevitable. Hold onto moments before they end. Good or bad, they may never happen again. Watch the sunsets, they are as close to magic as it gets.
