As one of the pioneers of Istrian winemaking, Moreno Degrassi stands out with his white and red blends. Besides these fine blends, he is also focused on indigenous grapes like Malvasia, Istriana, and Teran. Degrassi sources the grapes from four different locations and two different terroirs (Terre Bianche – white soil, and Terre Rosse – red soil). Truly unique wines are made in order to draw out the terroir of his vineyards.
