The JOKIĆ winery was founded in 2009. Since its beginning, their vineyards were hoed and cultivated manually, thus excluding completely the use of herbicide, pesticides and artificial fertilizers. This winery is a perfect example of determination, strive for perfection, unwillingness to compromise organic production, and proof that it is possible to make premium wine that way.
