Vintage 2022. Krauthaker winery is located on southern slopes of Krndija, exposed to sunlight as they largely envelop Požega Valley on the northeast, contain far-famous Kutjevo winegrowing area exceptionally appreciated for quality of wines produced there. A particular attention at Krauthaker winery is paid to indigenous Welschriesling variety – Graševina, which is frequently awarded gold medals at fairs and wine exhibitions. Krauthaker winery frequently produces predicate wines – late and selected harvest wines as well as dried berries wines. Quality and success is best described by numerous medals received at globally renowned wine competitions and tastings. Rosenberg vineyards are in Kutjevo at the southern slopes of Krndija, at elevation between 240 and 300 meters. The variety is Chardonnay, rated as dry, 14.0 % of alcohol by volume, unfiltered.

Complex, with plenty of freshness and fruity aromas supported by spice overtones, although balanced and exquisitely packed. Matured in oak, barrique is used to achieve the greater complexity and partly in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruitiness. It is of brighter, vibrant straw-yellow color with gentle greenish hue. At first, relatively discrete on the nose, bouquet hinting at white home-grown stone fruits and a trace of citruses intertwined with threads of vanilla and lemon peel, a touch of wood and smoke. Proves very vibrant on the palate, with good acidity combined with entirely mild tastiness, nicely creamy and rounded, warm, with solid body and fruity and vibrant finish lasting considerably, retro-nasal with a nuance of smoke.
