Clear and pleasant on the nose, with pronounced primary fruit aromas of green apple, citrus, peach, and pineapple combined with hints of sage and acacia flower. Soft on the palate, very good balance of acidity and alcohol, finely integrated into the delicate structure. The finish is marked by a pleasant minerality. Excellent when paired with fish and other seafood, as well as pasta and risotto dishes with lighter sauces.
