Moni Emvasis is a part of the “Malvasia Project” which began at the Meneghetti Winery in 2017 intending to present different interpretations of this variety. A very complex wine of a light straw yellow color with a golden reflection that exudes elegance. Floral aromas dominate, with notes of star anise and pineapple, while on the palate, it has a long-lasting finish with a clear expression that rounds up the aromatic consistency. It pairs perfectly with sea bass fillet with vegetables, or pasta with red prawns.
