Pinot Noir and Chardonnay dominate this classic expression of sparkling rose. Everything is in its place, elegant with a touch of finesse provided naturally from the Istrian soil and preserved with skillful winemaking. Persistent tiny bubbles are bringing fresh red fruit and peachy aromas on the nose. A generous mouthfeel is quite refreshing, but with a touch of yeasty notes complimenting almost autolytic development. Classically schooled with a careful dosage close to 8g, Meneghetti Rose achieves grateful balance and versatilty as not only aperitif but food friendly wine as well.
