PP Orahovica is located in the untouched nature of eastern Croatia, an area between the river Drava in the north and the slopes of Papuk and Krndija in the northwest, along the edges of the UNESCO Geopark Papuk. The environment surrounding the vineyards consists out of hazelnut plantations, grazing cows and growing calves. The aim of PP Orahovica is to reach sustainable development, which means the optimal use of natural resources as well as the preservation of natural and cultural heritage. In terms of production, the winery’s attention is especially focused on the rational consumption of non-renewable resources.

Premium dry wine. Specific light green color and extraordinary freshness also have a strong fruit flavour of apricots, which is characteristic for Sylvaner only in the best seasons. It is delicious if prepared with pastas, shells, young asparagus and dishes with noble freshwater and saltwater fish. In German province of Rheinhessen, where the largest quantities of Green Sylvaner are grown, it’s pairing with fresh asparagus is almost legendary. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
