Wine is produced in the Ritoša family for centuries, mostly for personal use. The youngest daughter Ana decided to attend the school of agriculture and to study viticulture, which led to the decision to expand the production of wines with high quality in mind. They planted the vineyard according to the highest standards, invested in the purchase of modern winery equipment, and equipped the cellar with quality wooden barrels and stainless-steel tanks that control the temperature of fermentation and wine storage.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced, complex, easy-drinking with plenty of body. A beautiful presentation of Malvasia Istriana taste, well paired with white meat or fish. Ideal serving temperature is 8-10°
