Trnjak is an indigenous variety from Herzegovina. It achieves full-bodied wines with pronounced dark fruit aromatics and smooth tannins. In this beautiful expression, rich flavors are preserved and perfectly balanced by freshness. Blackberries and black currant are accompanied by cranberry and other red berry notes with hints of mint and herbs and earthy mineral undertones in the background. A compact whole, it seems very approachable and easy to drink, uncomplicated and friendly, only with time it show a certain complexity and depth.
