Rose is made from Plavac mali grapes grown on the northern side of Hvar island. Vibrant energy and substance make this rose much more than just a easy summer sipper. Plavac mali from sandy soils on northern slopes retained freshness and balance, but still carries a character enabling it to perform as a food friendly wine achieving balance with seafood, especially with light tomato sauce.
