A brilliant, very complex and elegant sweet dessert wine, still young at this moment, but with great ageing potential. Lively and compact golden color, beautifully expressed on the nose, with a full specific aroma of ripe and cooked white and yellow fruit (pear, apricot) and southern (fig, date) fruit and honey, enriched with fine notes of noble mold. In the mouth, it is thick, syrupy, creamy, rounded, warm, refined, a good counterbalance to the stronger sweetness is salty notes and appropriate acidity, they also contribute to the dynamics.
