Since 2000, Leonardo Palčić has been producing some of the finest wines in the market. Philosophy of Production, Wine, Labels… everything is unique in Leonardo Palčić Winery. It has always been the dream of the founder, Leonardo, to produce different wines. On location near the Adriatic Sea, the vineyards spread over 14 hectares. Grapes are lovingly tended from the start of the growing season and treated carefully, and production equipment is top-of-the-line. Under the Istrian sun, there are Malvasia and Teran, native varieties of this region, which are taken with a unique wine-making philosophy specific only to the Palčić Winery.

Even Merlot, who has found many successful expressions on Istrian soil, is quite different coming from Leonardo Palčić cellar. Aged in various barrels for four years, it is dry yet seems sweet in the mouth. The fruit ripeness and extraction are mesmerising, providing the aromatic spread from the most flowery scent to the deepest earth. Vanilla and chocolate aromas balance the whole, gradually allowing it to reveal its complexity with some time in a glass.
